I don't use CFS so don't know what the contents are in your CFS folder. Where is this folder located? In Program Files (x86)? Can you see an executable file (.exe); may look like CFS.exe? If so, right click on it - then click on Properties - then Compatibility - tick Disable display scaling. And also tick Run this Program as Administrator. Apply, OK and close all boxes.
