A am not a Java programmer, so this might not be accurate. Everything I say is from my experience as a.net programmer. I highly suspect that the texture pack is not responsible for the crash. I say that on basis of reading a line 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError'. You do have 64 bit Java installed so as far as operating system goes you should only run out of memory when page file fills every nook and cranny on your disk.

I suggest you increase amount of ram available to Java in FTB launcher under the big 'OPTIONS' tab (if i read the crash report correctly you currently have that limit set to 2 GB). Just a heads up, but it seems your textures for the Thaumcraft Infernal Furnace and the Infusion Altar are incorrectly named, causing the finished multi-block to look.odd, to say the least. For the Altar, the file 'infusion0.png' should be 'infusion1.png', 'infusion1.png' should be 'infusion2.png' and so on for the rest. The Furnace textures take a little more work to fix.

Everythings fine till you get to the file 'furnace8', that should be 'furnace9' and so on until the file 'furnace15' that file should be 'furnace18', 'furnace16' should be 'furnace19' etc. Hopefully someone else had this problem, and it wasn't just me having spectacularly bad luck EDIT: The rest of the pack seems fantastic!
